Motor Tester

• Measures operating current, voltage, RPM, and checks movement of internal door and then make judge in accept / reject with data collected during test procedures.

Case Leakage Tester

• Checks leak inside of door sections in the mode of fresh and recirculation and will be applied for heater unit, evaporator unit, and heater blower assembly.

Fan & Shroud Motor Tester

• Checks run out (vertical vibration), horizontal vibration, RPM voltage, and current while various speed and pre-specified speeds for radiator or condenser fan and shroud assembly.

Vacuum Function Tester

• Apply vacuum into heater unit and then checks operational test of vacuum motor, internal door plate, and detects missing part of the assembly.

Actuator Tester

• Apply voltage to the heater unit and checks operational test and measure voltage and current.

Radiator P-Cycle Tester

• Puts radiator assembly in the hot chamber and apply impulse pressure of 1.2kg/sq-cm at every 3 seconds of interval during 20,000 ~ 40,000 cycles and checks normal operation of radiator cap.

Motor Durability Tester

• Measures operating current, voltage, and RPM during 20,000 cycles with change mode from 1st to 4th step.

Radiator Cap Durability Tester

• Apply 1.2kg/sq-cm of impulse pressure during specified period and then checks operation of radiator cap.

Cap Temperature P-Cycle Tester

• Apply hot vapor steam pressure to cap and checks normal operation.

SATC Button Tester

• Tests durability of buttons of control assembly during consequent operation almost of 40,000 cycles of test using cylinder jig / fixture.

TOC Durability Tester

• Apply 5 ~ 7kg/sq-cm of pressure to TOC pipe and then vibrates 0 ~ 7mm of amplitude to inlet and outlet manifold and checks leak on the welding section.

VRC Durability Tester

• Checks operational conditions with turn to left and right side with 2kg/sq-cm of load.

Torque Tester

• Measures starting torque of motor and display.
